    Bought burrito Saturday 3/29 at *******. Prepared the beef,bean and green chile burrito in Sunday, took three bites and found 1 1/2 bones , attached to each other from a small animal. Since cows dont have rib bones that size, assume they are not beef bones. Monday called Camino Real Kitchens three times, took voicemail boxes full and hang up. Finally left message with **********************, no reply. Tuesday spoke to *******, they suggested I report it to you.

    I purchased a pack of breakfast burritos from ******** the ****'s Cantina brand that is owned by Camino ************** When I opened the pack, I realized that the packaging was defective because many of the burritos were already open. I reached out to ****'s Burritos via their contact us page on their website. I received an email saying they were sorry this happened and they would offer a PayPal refund. The woman asked how much I paid, I responded, and she proceeded with the refund. I thought this was great. Until I opened my email a few days later saying a case had been opened in PayPal because that refund transaction was unauthorized. I couldn't believe it. I had emails saying they would refund and then they made a case. PayPal sided with them, despite the emails, and tried to take from my account and additional forty cents in the PayPal fees. So now I was out the original amount I paid for the burritos on top of the additional fees. I paid even more money now for defective burritos. I emailed the person who made the case on PayPal from Camino ************** and they never responded. I contacted the lady who originally said the refund would be given, she did not respond. I tried the contact us feature again from their website. I received a response they would look into it and heard nothing back. Never buy from this company because they are a scam.
