    I purchased an N1 jacket for $371 on June 5. The owner suggested a size with my measurements that was far too small so I next tried a 44. It fit but was a little tight. I asked to try a 46. It was in fact too large. Within a matter of days I mailed it back and asked for a 44 as indicated in my letter to him. I said I thought I was in fact a size 44 but I just wanted to be sure. It has been weeks and he has not complied with his obligation to mail the item or reimburse etc. I have to keep calling him and he promises he will mail the item and does not comply. The owner never sent me the correct size 44 back. He did not inform me if he was sold out. He did not offer to reimburse me. The owner simply kept saying he would mail it and did not follow through. A family member spoke to him for 30 minutes. He promised to mail the item and did not. To date I had to file a claim with ****** otherwise I would have no recourse. I want size 44 or my money back. For someone who has been in business for 24 years and has supposedly worked with movie sets his behavior has been unprofessional and untrustworthy.

    On October 29, 2022 I placed an order with SM Wholesale. After being lied to about the availability of an item I'd ordered earlier, I emailed the company and asked for a refund. As my last two emails were ignored and the refund not processed for oreder# XXXXX as of today, November 04, 2022, I'm asking the ********************** to intervene and help me get my ordered refunded.

    Sm Wholesale refunded my money some time ago, but the fact that the continue to advertise products as "in stock" that they do not have needs to be addressed.

    I ordered a pair of boots that came with holes and gouges in the leather I got in contact with the wormer right away about getting them replaced. I would get no response for days and weeks and then eventually get told the replacement pair would be shipped out but never turned up and I never received tracking. Weeks go by and nothing and then I'm told again the will be shipped out July 4th. Again no tracking and nothing showed up. Contacted business again and have not received a response or the boots yet.
