    Dear Better Business Bureau of Delaware, I am reaching out on behalf of ********************************** to formally file a complaint against ********* regarding a shipment of rolling whiteboards that were manufactured incorrectly. After receiving the defective whiteboards, we attempted to contact ********* multiple times via phone and email over the course of several weeks but received no response. When they finally did respond, they refused to provide a refund despite the clear evidence we submitted demonstrating the poor quality of the products. We have provided photographic documentation of the issues, yet ********* has not offered any resolution or instructions for returning the defective items. Given their lack of accountability and refusal to address this issue, we are seeking the BBBs assistance in holding ********* responsible and obtaining a refund for the defective product. Attached is a copy of the invoice in question for your reference. have also included the last emails we sent to ********* in an effort to resolve this matter. We appreciate any guidance or assistance the BBB can provide in helping us reach a resolution. Please let us know if any additional information is needed to process our complaint.     On August 16, 2024, I purchased an ******************************** Reception Chair. I received an email confirming the order. The purchase price was $49.95. I haven't received any tracking confirmation for the deliverythe order#****. They say ...If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected] have tried a few times but no response. My husband doesn't think the company is legit.
