    Order two pairs of shoes in my normal size on 4/3/23. They were mailed in a plastic bag and a little battered. I have had surgery so I wasn't able to try them on right away, once I did they are too large. I emailed them asking to exchange them. Their response is a picture of the bottom of shoes the to see if the can resolve the problem? Then they require a clear picture of the tracking # and a clear picture of the **** under bar code on the package.I no longer have the bag they arrived in and told them as much. My order # is ****. They also require shipping back and handleing cost on my part. their site says no ****** refunds. I'm willing to exchange but do not want to pay any shipping or handleing on the returned pair or the exchange.

    Ordered two pair of shoes from Marttine that were advertised as being made in the US, US sizes, 30 day money back guarantee. But when the shoes arrived, they were at least 1 full shoe size too small and the quality is very poor. Certainly not leather shoes which they advertised. I have tried to return the shoes but the company website is now down and no one is responding to my emails. Looking on line there are many similar complaints.The purchase was made 23-Jan-23 (order number *****). Payment went through PayPal to Sunshine.

    made purchase on line on Feb. 1, 2023 and my charge card was charged but no package arrive . Finally got email of back order. Today order came but wrong size 44 not 45 and too short. There was no invoice or paper work in package and no address to return and trying to file the problem it would not take my email from which I received three email from Manttine. You cannot open the store so something is very wrong here.

    Order placed 11/23/2022 ************ (and it's seller agents) have several different names, therefore you don't know who nor what you're dealing with. I ordered items, under the impression I was ordering from a business in ***********, however, though they claim ******* made and to have a warehouse in **, **, they actually order their products from somewhere in *****, AND THAT INFORMATION IS NOT DISCLOSED TO THE ******* MYSELF- until after the fact and the order is in process; if you file a dispute against the company, as I did via my PayPal account, then PayPal's resolution team requires you to return the products at your expense before they'll refund your money. to ***** somewhere, in this case, though they were shipped to you from within the **; in the address *****************************************************. When returning the items to the address from which they were shipped in ******, the **** determined the "Addreessee" isn't known. I filed a case with the many names of this company, it's agents and the seller with the BBB in *********** as a scam, which the BBB has acknowledged.When requesting a return address, numerous times from the company/seller/agent, they refused to provide it. When I asked to provide a copy of my original order which I placed online which I actually keyed in the information, I was told by the agent, she could not provide that, but I was sent their summary of the order. PayPal paid a company I did not order from, the nameI never heard of, and the name is Not familiar to me.************ is a scam, and it and it's agents are dishonest and fraudulent. I REQUEST A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT (AS PROMISED IN AN EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY/SELLER AS WELL AS THE COST TO RETURN THE ***** TO THE ADDRESS FROM WHICH IT WAS SHIPPED FROM IN *************** 90058).Paid with PayPal Credit$129.14 Transaction ID ***************** Seller info SUNSHINE Invoice ID **************************
