    Where do I start! This adventure started back in July 24th when my supplier put in an order for us through there online links. We waited two week for a confirmation but did not receive anything. My supplier (***) reached out by phone this time to try and get answers only to find out that the online link goes directly to the owner and not the ordering department. Now you would think that the owner would either reach out to us and let us know that the order needs to be resent to a different address OR just forward it to the proper location, nether happened sadly putting us 2 week behind from the start. We finally got ahold of someone stating that the order need to go to here, so of course we resent the order right away to move forward. Again we did not receive any confirmation, so we reach out right away and talked to another new person AND they said they are the one to send the order to and so we did ASAP. Finally we received an email 7/16/24 stating our order is in production and we should get updates and an *** through out the process but it should take 8-10 weeks. We have not received any emails or communication of sort from Tile Tech Pavers. I am now 15 weeks in to this order with nothing to show from it (11 weeks from confirmation date). Our GC will be taking down the construction elevator over the next two weeks, This would be a problem if Tile Tech had performed better and we received our product in a timely fashion. I called and spoke with the gal that sent the order confirmation back in Aug. and she transferred to production to witch that person asked if I could call back in a few minutes. I waited 10-15mins then called back and got the voice mail. I left a message with the order number hoping I would get an update, but have not received ANYTHING. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Haven't received the product yet, but we really liked the samples and we are optimistic that we will really like the installed product. We had some problems with shipment, but the management stepped in and really solved the matter. Seem to be very committed to customer satisfaction.
