Had work done too my sons car ...pulled his motor before checking it the. charged me 800 $ and didnt put it back togerher...put all the parts i the trunk and sat the motor on a 2×4 ...thats how we got it back

    Business Response

    Date: 03/29/2023

Customer declined the repair to replace the engine after the engine was pulled out - Customers bill was over $4500 and customer decided not to install an engine. Customer paid for engine removal but declined the fee to put the engine back into the vehicle. NO refund will be offered. This matter is closed and we will not respond to any further response.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 03/29/2023

I am rejecting this response because:
One you didnt ask to pull the motor ..you were supposed to check the motor and I have the original quote its 2500 not 4500 so let's not start lying...or we can get some attorneys and you can show me were I sighed for engine removal...simple compression test would of resolved all this learn how to take responsibility of not doing the job rite

    Business Response

    Date: 03/30/2023

$2500 WAS FOR THE TIMING CHAIN REPLACEMENT WHICH ENDED UP BEING AN ENGINE REPLACEMENT WHICH WE WOULD HAVE CHARGED $4500 TO COMPLETE - CUSTOMER REFUSED THE REPAIR AND ASKED US TO SET THE ENGINE IN THE BAY SO HE DID NOT ACCURE A CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION. THIS IS OUR FINAL RESPONSE - WE WOULD BE MORE THEN HAPPY FOR YOUR ATTORNEY TO SPEAK TO OURS. DROP THIS COMPLAINT OR WE WILL SUE FOR SLANDER AND HARRASMENT.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 03/31/2023

I am rejecting this response because:

Timing chain check ....does not require engine removal...I've have quotes and instructions from several shops and they all said compression test first not engine removal...so no response needed I'll see you all in court soon..good day
