    I made a reservation for a us outraged party package that is priced $70 on august 28th, 2022 at around 3:13 pm. I got a confirmation email and a receipt immediately. My partner and I showed up 30 minutes early and the website said to fill a waiver and show up 10 minutes prior to reservation. We both submitted a waiver and at 5:55 pm I noticed no one was inside. I called the cell phone number on the door and the business phone number which both led to voicemail. I then went to the website and there was an option to leave a message online and it stated someone would get back to me as soon as possible. I stated in the message that no one had arrived for my reservation and the business was still locked and closed. I left and later at 6:25 pm I received a call from a male worker from the business stating that they were running late and just arrived and was called in on their day off and they told me I could still come in if I wanted. I asked if I could receive a refund and they told me they had to ask their boss and they would get back to me. At 6:30 pm I received a call from the manager who offered for me to come in at anytime I wanted as long as I have a weeks notice and they would throw in a free bundle of a rage room and paint room for the $70 I already paid. They explained there was a misunderstanding and when I asked for a refund they told me I could not get a refund as the policy is that since I didn’t show up and I didn’t call to cancel 24 hours in advance I wasn’t eligible for a refund. They told me they could take it up with corporate and see if their was anything they could do and they would call me back with an update.

    Hi:
    Received, thank you. Per our conversation, attached is the information regarding *********** *** ***** Also the Management spoke to Mr. *** **** the day of the appointment fifteen minutes after the 6pm appointment and informed him that offered him a free activity and for him to go back to the office at that time and he stated that he did not want to go back to the office. 

    Management then offered to reschedule the appointment for the next day or when he was available , did not want to do that and he asked for a refund. 

    Management told him that his request would be staffed and he was emailed and told that he would get a refund. Management sent an email informing him that his refund was sent on September  9, 2022 and I will send you the cancelled check once he cashes it. Thank you.
