    I went to this Doc back in August of last year I was supposed to get a call for something to be scheduled, Even called numerous times to leave messages, Well Yesterday 11/9/22 I got a call from a collection agency saying I owe this office money. I NEVER SAW A BILL. this is very cowardice for this company.,

    This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr. ******** E. *****. I have been out of the office and just received this today. Per our records ******** E ***** was seen in our offices on 8/27/2021. Explanation of benefits from insurance company was received 04/28/2022. We have sent 3 statements dated 05/3/2022, 06/14/2022, 07/08/2022. Attached is the screenshot with the dates patient was billed. Per our policy we send 3 bills before sending to collection company. It is patient responsibility to notify our office of any address changes. So that we may update his information on record. Any additional questions you may reach me directly at ###-###-#### Ext ***

     I am rejecting this response because:


    No address has been changed(I have had the same address over 20 years)  just nothing has ever been received I have called you number numerous times to no avail over the past year I even  left messages with the answering service!  but still no bill. Its funny your collections agency sent a collections notice to an address I have never had and they admitted it.
