    Stater Brothers in ****** ********** continually posts false & misleading price quotes underneath their items in the store. What they do is actually fraudulent and they continue finding new ways to do it, hoping customers won't check their grocery bills. Underneath their TopCare Antacids is the sticker that clearly says "Buy 2 get 1 free." When I arrived at the check stand with my groceries, I had included a small bag of TopCare cotton *****. The store scanner chose to give me the $1.99 cotton ***** for free and to charge me $17.99 for my 3rd TopCare Antacid instead of free as advertised. I had learned that Stater Brothers was crooked years ago--and quit shopping there: As I shopped in the store previously, there were a large number of "sale" items--clearly marked with their sales prices. When I arrived at the check stand with 5 or 6 of these items, I was informed that you had to purchase a minimum of 10 of their sales items for the sales prices to take effect. Otherwise prices went to original price. NO PLACE WAS THIS ADVERTISED IN THE STORE. I knew then I was dealing with crooks and quit shopping there. I returned recently thinking they had changed. I was wrong!Stater Brothers is a sleazy, devious, conniving, dishonest institution. I will never shop there again---and I want a venue to let everyone who shops there: Stater Brothers is responsible for False/Misleading/Fraudulent in-store advertising.
