    Sept 4th I made a pick up order and asked for no substitutions! I even called the store at 5:01 pm to verify he (person who answered phone) said he would let them know. Order is picked up and of course lots of substitutions! On Sept 5th I chat with customer service asking if I could bring order back for a refund they said no they would just submit a refund request to wait 5 days for refund and a confirmation email and provided me a reference number. A week goes by sept 12 I chat with customer service again and was told the same thing and that basically it was never put in the 1st time.. ummm then why did I receive a reference number? Oh thats right, because they are liars! I asked to escalate this chat agent disconnected chat! I want my refund!!! Why make it this hard?

    The customer has been refunded the original $10.00 and then on 9/23/2023 refunded the amount of his entire online order $42.28 for a total of a $52.28 refund.

     

    I believe the communication and refund to the guest was completed during the transit of the BBB letter. Please let me know if there is anything more I should do to take care of this case.

     

    On 9/13/2023 the customer was refunded $10.00 due to a product substitution they did not want. The customer then went onto to social media to post about his situation. He was contacted and told that the $10.00 was added to his account and that it usually takes 5-7 days for it to post.
