  After having ANC do some landscaping and realizing that they also did patio and deck work, I asked for a quote to fix my patio roof. Alex and his colleague were here today and were able to fix the roof very efficiently. I'll have him finish the patio paint and flooring as soon as I am able. He is very trustworthy, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I look forward to him finishing the job!!

  This company came to my property to look at 2 trees I was inquiring to get them removed. The owner arrived and gave me an estimate and eventually sent me a contract for the same price he initially provided me with. When reviewing the contract and prior to signing, I asked if the stumps would also be removed and he said yes. Contract was signed and he later began on the project. After a few hours into their first day the owner let me know there was an issue regarding the contract. He gave me excuses on how they overlooked the price and proceeded to tell me they would need to charge me $2k+ more to finish the project or refund me and they would call it a day. I gave him a second chance and figured it could have been an honest mistake. On their last day of work, the owner told me there was cement in the stump and would not be able to continue grinding. So I asked if he would at least remove the roots above the surface and he proceeded to let me know that he was going to bring an axe to do it by hand. At the end of their final day, the owner let me know he was leaving as they were done with the project. He continued to say that he could not grind the stump anymore because there was nothing but dirt. Later that day, I checked his work and seen that part of the tree was still peaking out of the dirt and no, he did not remove the roots above the surface as he had promised. He eventually sent me the final invoice to make the final payment where I responded letting him know the job was incomplete and provided photos. He sent me a text immediately asking to speak on the phone and I let him know I would appreciate a response through email. He eventually responded to my email and apologized for the miscommunication and proceeded to say he was sorry for not explaining to me the difference between stump removal vs grinding. He also added that he would come back that same day and the next day at no additional costs to complete the project. And no, he still didn’t finish the job.

  I was very satisfied with the services provided by the landscaper. He showed up at the agreed upon time. He proceeded with completing the work and did a thorough job with cleanup and hauling away the debris. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use his services.

  We are incredibly meticulous people when it comes to hiring out home services. We went through 8 different contractors and this is the person we chose. He exceeded our expectations in every way.
