    There should be an option for 0 stars. A complete lack of professionalism, massively broken and mishandled furniture-- and the guy lies through his teeth about everything and anything. Same as other complaints, this fraud left my property under my carport and left. When I complained, he told the handler that I ASKED that he leave my stuff outside. He also claimed the dead mice in the truck with my property was something I had transported live for my cats (no, really, I have it in writing) and the mice died. What utter hogwash.Refuses to return calls, blames the customer or the broker for everything, tries to add fake charges to increase your bill, and he's very nasty towards his hired helpers. He comes up with lame excuses for not delivering, and did I mention he lies about everything? The worst part is that I didn't hire this company. Green ******* Movers subcontracted with this failure to bring my household across country and deliver it into my home. I had no say in the matter and am so unimpressed with the complete failure of this guy to do his job.He seems to have a real scam running against older people. Like other complaints, I'm a mature adult and by myself. This poor excuse for a delivery company boy left me everything to move into the house myself. This delivery boy and his company should be investigated and shut down. I have filed a complaint with the state AGs office and the national AGs office since my transaction was interstate commerce. I encourage others to NOT do business with this useless scammer and if you get stuck with him like I did, PLEASE file complaints with everyone. Green ******* Movers is also complicit in the horrible mishandling of my antiques and other property. "******" not only demanded I tip him after he arrives 1 1/2 days late for pick up. He threatened damage to and loss of my property if I didn't give him a tip. I didn't tip him, and guess what? He did his best to lose and destroy many of my antiques and furniture.

    Not professional, broke furniture. Wanted to charge more to bring up driveway. Left all heavy furniture, all boxes in barn and left after instructed to put in house. Left it all for two elderly people to carry up a hill, up stairs into the house. I do not recommend this company. They do not return calls either. One employee took our receipt “pd in full” for just a minute he said and never gave it back. Parent company “New Leaf” notified, nothing they can do we were told. It’s a darn right shame the elderly are taken advantage of after serving this country.
