    My household has been renting storage here for the last 18 years for business and other reasons and was usually very satisfied. I spend an average of $400 every month for the last several years. They have recently sold the business. Now there is hardly anyone in the office thus forcing me to call an 800 number for service or to pay the bills. I am in the process of moving and putting things into storage befor moving out of state. One storage is late so they are locking us out of ALL of my storages 3 days before it is actually due on the first of the month. I have 3 days left in the month but I am locked out because no one is around to open the storage as the passcode is the same for all of them. All their work is being done remotely and therefore service is rotten!
