    On 8/6/2023 my son was there with his friends, he got hurt in the foam pits and got a ****** nose and a hurt ankle in the mix lost his iPhone. Was super loud workers didn't care and just said they clean them 1 ********** of the month, to wait the 2 days and see if they could find it. I waited spoke with manager today and she stated they don't clean them in the mornings they do it at night asked what time If I could come try to call it. & she said 745 to 8. I went and they said they weren't cleaning it tonight then manager was called she tried saying she cleaned them earlier no phone. They are lieing. And being lazy. They had my cell phone she didn't call and say she cleaned them earlier and no phone. She failed to let her night shift know she cleaned them and no phone. Refuses to clean foam pit or allow us to look for phone.

    While we do understand the customers concerns. They do sign a waiver upon entry, and agree to watch the safety video. Within this safety video it does state not to bring valuables into the park, and that we are not resposible for lost or stolen items. When items do get lost, of they are found we do our best to return the items to the guest. For liability reasons we cannot allow guest to remain in or on a feature for an extended time to look for lost items.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It's bogus. They know there employees stole it. They should allow us to look as it says it's there!
