      Beware of the ******* location!!!Before signing at the ******* location we spoke with Austria in the front office. She gave lots of misinformation. Every step of the way i had to speak with her boss prisci. I was told a *** apt could not be made until all payments were made. That was false a dmv apt should of been made after the pre-trip and air breaks have been passed regardless if all payments were made. This was blamed on me for not knowing, but they were constantly asked for an apt. After being able to request a dmv apt you have to wait for a confirmation text from the dmv that can take two weeks. March 17th the dmv apt was requested and wasnt going to be booked until May. Called upset so they did me a favor and expedited the apt for April 23rd with there supposedly 3rd party company normally $150 but did it for no charge. Turns out that its the school who is just trying to make an extra buck off students. Its there truck and instructor there is no 3rd party. The apt day came went to the *** and there was no apt. Called Prisci and she said she lost the conformation. They ended up switching someone elses 1pm apt and got me in which was not fair for ******** day the school truck didnt turn on and students waited for the mechanic to arrive the whole class time. They just kept saying he will be there soon. Some days they were short on instructions and there were none around. They expect students to teach each other. Students have to share a truck for air breaks and pretrips so they switch off. With the amount of students at times not much practice is happening each day. When signing up Austria was asked if you get to practice behide the wheel driving on the street until you get the hang of it or just the 10 hrs. She said a course until youre ready. Nope after 10 hrs an extra charge. I honestly had to be on these people the whole time. I could keep going on. They are very unprofessional.
