    I had my other vehicle done at their other location years ago so I contacted them recently to tint my tesla as they stated the do teslas all the time. I was initially going to another place but it was further out so i called here and they convinced me their tint was better, so I chose them. Due to an issue at their other shop they told me to come over to ultimate tint and wheel (their other location) which I did. I had something to do on 4/8/22 (the anticipated date of service) and wouldn't be back before they closed. I asked if I should just bring it another day and they said I could bring it 4/8/22 and they'd keep it in the garage overnight for a next day pick up. Great! I pick it up early the next morning 4/9/22 and there are several error alerts on my tesla screen. There were also some issues outside the vehicle, like a hole in a rubber piece etc. I asked for a worker to come out and he did. He told me they didn't put the small hole there and said the errors on the car should clear. I left, not before taking photos and videos of the errors. I drove the car hoping the errors would clear and they didnt. I called several times since then and even went in 2 or 3 times. They asked me to bring the car back so they can look at it. They had it all day and their conclusion was "they don't know what happened". I finally get an appointment with tesla who tells me rodents ate my wires. They give me the date the errors occured and it was 4/9/22 when it was at the tint shop overnight. $1400.00 to fix. I let the tint place know and they say "we spray monthly we don't have rodents". I asked for the owner as well as called and went up there several times. They won't give me the owners info but say they'll give him mine. No follow up or phone call to date. I paid the $1400 to get my vehicle fixed and ultimate tint and wheel staff and the owner **** have done nothing to resolve this issue.
