  Im old school and the way this guy talked at me I thought maybe he has issues at home so I put up with him on my first call but after talking to this guy I realized he had no respect for anyone but himself! Had I been in front of him and he spoke to me like he did over the phone theres no doubt he would have apologizedThis guy is an example of what the future holds when it comes to business he can careless about helping people, he makes 5million a year and gets away with his rude remarks and unprofessional level of incompetence with how he treats people. I have the list of other companies he goes through to find the parts we all need that are hard to find I plane on taking the time to look at all 6 companies and read there reviews on this guy and file a serious complaint about him to the **************************** and see how far I can take it. I keep thinking how this guy must talk to the elderly with his foul mouth How in gods name did he get a business license?

  I have been looking for an obsolete part for my **** Mustang for the past two years. A parts person at ********************* in ******* looked up the parts number and called ****** at Help Smog Parts, who told him he could have the part in a week. I called this ****** and he yelled at me for having the wrong part numbers. I told him I just got these numbers from **** and have been trying to find this part through other shops for two years. He went on a rant saying basically, of course you can't find it because you have the wrong numbers and don't know what you're talking about. I thanked him for his help and hung up. Isn't that why you go to "specialists," to get help finding rare parts? My first thought was that he was drunk and belligerent, but reading other reviews, I see this is his normal behavior and has treated others even worse. It's pretty stunning that someone like this, who deals with people as part of his job, even exists. I hope these reviews warn people to stay away from this despicable human being.

  Guy is incredibly rude. Cussed at us for asking for a part. Then proceeds to hang up. Called back thought it was odd, asked him if he hung up, he said "yup ******" and hangs up again. I thought my experience was odd, looked at yelp and google im not alone in poor treatment. Will not send my business our or customers business to darren.
