I bought 2 batteries at Anzar Batteries for my dodge ram truck. They wouldn't hold a charge. They had a 2 year warranty so they were taken back and tested and they said one was faulty and replaced it. A couple of weeks went by and those batteries still wouldn't hold a charge. Took them back again got them exchanged. The automotive shop that is working on the truck tested them. I have attached a printed out battery test where this was supposedly a new battery but it only had a 27% battery health. I reached out to the business again to tell them what the battery test said and they want me to get another set. At this point we're 5 batteries in and I don't want anymore from them. The quality is clearly an issue here and I don't trust putting their batteries in my truck. I asked for a refund and the *** said I'd have to speak to the manager about that. It's been 5 hours and the manager has still yet to reach out to me. Let me also add that this truck hasn't even been driven a single mile since soon after the original 2 batteries were put in. The computer in the truck went out soon after. The shop that has been working on it said that what was needing to be done had absolutely no effect on the batteries but these defective batteries could have resulted into why the computer on the truck has gone out. I understand there is no way to necessarily prove that the batteries caused the computer to go out other than it went out soon after the original 2 batteries were put in. So if their faulty batteries caused this then they've costed me $3200 plus now the cost of having to buy new batteries from somewhere else which was an additional $500. The auto shop told me that they believe this business is cleaning up and selling used batteries and presenting them as new. They also have never provided a single paper receipt. I asked for one at the original purchase but they said I didn't need one that they just mark the batteries so that they know for the warranty.
