      I placed an order on December 17th for a Christmas gift for a 7-year-old child, with the understanding that the order would be delivered by December 24th, as per the information provided. However, I have yet to receive my order, and the tracking number has shown "arrived at facility in IL" since December 19th. I reached out to a ****** representative via chat on December 27th, and I was informed that I should expect the order by December 30th. Unfortunately, as of today, I still have not received the package. The representative showed no remorse for the delay, offered no form of compensation, and only stated that "shipments run late during the holidays." While I understand the challenges during the holiday season, this is unacceptable, especially since I placed the order within a reasonable time frame under the false assurance that it would arrive before Christmas.Given the situation, I would appreciate an update on the status of my order, as well as some form of compensation for not delivering as promised and causing a child to miss their Christmas gift.
