    About 5-6 months ago after comparing prices from all the fence Companies in my area I contacted Durango ********* spoke with **** (Owner) & told him that I needed 24 ft. of fence with a gate at my house & how I wanted it done. He quoted me $980 for the job. I came home one day & saw that the fence was up & it looked good. Not, long after it was put up I noticed from a far that a couple of planks were warped so I called ******** said, "I'll take care of it, I'll take you some planks but he never did". A couple months after it had been up I had some time off of work so I decided to go outside & do some cleaning. (1)My gate doesn't open all the way like it should, it only opens a quarter of the way (maybe halfways). I also noticed that the bottom of the gate's cut all crooked. (2)The wood that they used is garbage, they used nails not screws. The 24's are warped, cracked with knots. (3)1 of the hinges on the gate were placed crooked, the latch's about to come off cus the wood split when it got screwed.(4)One side of the fence is leveled & the other side's a bit off. (5)On the other side of the house when they cut the old fence, they did a terrible job. They left sharp, pointy pieces from my old fence sticking out of the ground. I called **** once again & I asked him to come to my house this time, so he could see for himself. He came & saw why I was upset & unhappy. I told him that kind of work was unacceptable. He got a bit defensive & upset he told me that he'd do it all over. I told him that, "there was no need for that, that all I wanted was for him to replace all the bad wood & fix my gate". He agreed & said, "he would come and fix it himself". That was a few weeks ago, I don't want to deal with him anymore. At this point I want MY FENCE REDONE, WITH GOOD WOOD, I WANT SCREWS NOT NAILS AND I WANT MY GATE TO OPEN ALL THE WAY WETHER ITS IN OR OUT!! If, NOT then I want it to be left as it is and I WANT A FULL REFUND!! I'll use the money to have someone else fix it.
