    Contract: Naked Nut committed to providing us with ****** lbs shelled pecan halves stored at Naked Nut cold storage facility and shipped to us as needed throughout 2023.Contract / Order Number: ***** Invoice Number: 4163-A Amount of money paid to Naked Nut: $116,100.00 Dates of Transactions: Feb 2023 May 2023 Dispute: Naked Nut never delivered any of the prepaid product to us. I tried to get our prepaid product in Oct 2023 and was given a series of problems Naked Nut was having with our shipment. After extensive back and forth, Naked Nut informed me that they had a bug infestation issue and could not ship any product. I was told I would be given a solution shortly, but I have never heard from the business again despite my repeated attempts to contact them for resolution. I have emailed, texted and called to get resolution and have requested a refund many times. The business has made no attempt to resolve this issue. I opened disputes on charges from Naked Nut with the below creditors and they are listed in order of current claim status. Money recovered from claims settled in our favor: ***************** $20,000.00; ***** Fargo: $12,307.00 Money pending from open disputes (waiting on merchant response): ************ $41,768.00; ***** Fargo: $13,000.00 Money attempting to recoup through BBB complaint: $29,025.00 deposit made by check
