    I hired this company 8 months ago to give me a monthly service, the manager came to my house and we walked the property. I was given a quote which was much higher than the amount I was paying the previous company, but I liked the guy, *****, and hired them for $57 per month and a $200 initial spray. I began noticing a build up of black widows around my RV and my detached garage. I asked the technician who came out today to spray and he said they dont do that. I called the company and apparently after the first spray they havent been spraying my garage or around my rv. No wonder my dog was bitten by a black widow last month and almost died. The office manager then informed me that I would need to pay even more money to have them spray those areas. Not great business pest control now. And were rude on the phone, kept interrupting me and basically calling me a lier. If you are looking for that kind of nonsense in your life, hire these people I know its difficult finding a pest control company that is good, but you wont find good service or honesty from this one. I really feel as though I was taken advantage of.

    *************** As explained 8 months ago when we took you on as a client, there are many different options for pest control. The $55 per month option that you chose covers the inside and outside of the home. It does not cover all the items in the yard such as your motorhome, no op vehicles, and items leaning against the fence and home. The detached shop was sprayed each month as well. The intial fee of $200 covered us dewebbing ALL the items in the yard which is why it was more than the monthly fee to maintain the house. As per your conversation with our Office Manager yesterday those options were again explained to you. We have multiple plans that would cover the things in the yard that havent been kept up. We are willing to do this for our customers but all our prices vary, just like other companies, depending on the expectation of the client.
