5 stars*******, our Tech, went above and beyond today, as I had some questions about a new pest (dead, but new finding for me). He explained what it was and told me why I was just now seeing them (dead). He sprayed extra in the areas where they were coming in. He was very accommodating and listened to my concerns. Our technician, David, gave us excellent service by making sure all of the spider webs were taken down from the screens, our pergola, the eaves and wherever he found them. The office was out of mosquito bait on the day he sprayed. He made a special trip to come out the next day to put mosquito bait in our mosquito buckets.
In short, he went above and beyond to give exceptional service.

Brian B***** is the best technician that we have ever had. He is so thorough. When he is servicing our property we don’t have an issue with bugs and pests. He does an amazing job! And he is always so careful going in and out of the backyard and keeps the gate shut. We are extremely lucky to be on his route.San Joaquin Pest Control of Visalia

I paid for the one shot service I believe. Every other week I was getting my apartment sprayed. Prior to my last session I contacted you guys due to my roach problem seemingly getting worse or little improvement. I was informed a different poison would be used which was confirmed by the tech that came to my house. I have followed the instructions as provided to me, and my roach problem has had little improvement. I'm highly irritated. I feel I could have spent that 300 dollars on just over the counter poison and yielding the same results. I understand that living in a apartment brings about different challenges, but my neighbors state they don't have problems with roaches. If that is true, the results of the sprayings provided are beyond unsatisfactory. ******, I'm sorry that the service has not met your expectations, cockroaches can be very hard to control. I have spoke to our service manager Maynard and he will be coming out to retreat your property on 4/18/23 for no charge. I am hoping the retreat will help the issue and he can help pinpoint where the problem it. I will follow up on this situation as well.
