    I am writing to report an awful experience I had with this business. On 5/16/24, I was made a follow-up appointment from a visit I had on 5/14/24 with the doctor where I was given very vague information regarding the progress of my shoulder injury. As a result, when this followup happened on 5/16/24, I was made to wait approximately 3 hours, only to be mistreated by the manager of the office. After the 3 hour wait, I finally got called in and was asked by the medical assistant what I was there for. When I explained that I just wanted information on next steps, she proceeded to call in the manager. This manager rudely questioned everything about my visit and told me that I should put my phone away and that there was nothing for them to do for me there. She also cancelled the appointment despite the long wait. Because of her tone, I asked her to please stop yelling and that I was not there to cause any problems but rather to get information on what the next steps were. After I defended the reason for my visit, she booked me a new appointment on 5/20/24 for **Rays.During followup visit on 5/20/24, **Ray Technician mistreated me and was abusive when all I went in for was an **Ray for my shoulder. Because I had difficulty understanding his heavy accent this appeared to anger him and he became extremely aggressive and verbally abusive in telling me to move from place to place and stand in different positions. He proceeded to aggressively ask for me to take off my necklace and made me extremely nervous being that I'm an elderly citizen. When it came time to take the **Ray, and I was unable to move my shirt he proceeded to come to me and pull the shirt agressively as he continued to yell and ask me to move my arm out of the way, something I had diffuculty with. In the end, he took an **Ray with my shirt in the way. The experience was so traumatic that I didn't say anything else and just wanted to get out of there. I left the room shaking and scared.
