    On Approximately April 24, 2023 M &J came to cut a tree down for me. I paid $1,500 to have the tree taken down. Ja**** from M & J said it would be “tricky but he could do it.” I paid him $1,500 but he did not take the tree down. I showed him the tree which has a pipe on the side of it but again he said “it would be tricky but he could do it.” Now he says he would only cut it to the top of the pipe and that was not what we had first agreed on. He later cashed my check but the tree is not down. He said he would be out but I have not seen him. Job was left unfinished.

    Before we started the job we explained to the consumer that we were not going to be able to cut off the whole tree b/c of the metal post by the tree. She was fine with it and she stated that she just didn't want mice to use it to get onto her patio. When we completed the job she then paid us. If she was unhappy with the outcome why would she pay us. As we said before we confirmed with her before we started the job.
