    Date of transaction/ 11/23/2023 Order# SR-***** I purchased a product from this merchant and the incorrect product arrived. The product was a bottle of rum. I contacted the merchant to explain the issue, as well as request an exchange or refund and I was refused this request. The merchant said that not all products listed on their website is what the customer will actually receive. This is fraud. I have attached images of the product ordered and the product received to this complaint. Furthermore, the merchant is allowing alcohol delivery to a ********** address without proof of age.

    DATE OF TRANSACTION WAS OCTOBER 27 2023. I DID NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. I TRIED CONTACTING SELLER BUT THEY ONLY RESPOND AT THE BIGGINNING BUT NOW THEY HAVEN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF OUR INQUIARES. I PAID $43.86 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THE ****** #SR-15676. SPIRIT RESERVED ASKED ME TO SUBMIT A CLAIM THROUGH *** WHICH I DID AND IN THE ***** THEY STATED THAT WILL SOLVED MY ISSUES AS SOON AS I SUBMIT THE CLAIM BUT TODAY I CALLED *** AND THE SELLER HASN'T SUBMIT AND RESPOND TO *** INQUIRY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    I ordered two bottles of a hard to find product on May 26, 2023. I was told that the product could be expected in approximately 5 days (5/31).On day 11 (6/6), checked the tracking information. It showed that a *** tracking number had been created, but no package had ever been given to ***. I then emailed the customer service department, as directed on my receipt. I immediately received an auto-response that included the original tracking number and a message that asked if that resolved my issue. I said it had not resolved my issue, and I still needed to connect with someone about the shipment. I never heard back.I have tried calling several times, but the phone number appears to not be real. It puts me on hold briefly, then says that they cannot take my call at this time, and hangs up. I have tried it several times at different days and times (during the business day).I have now disputed the charge with my credit card and emailed this company to let them know. I would like a full refund for my purchase.

    I ordered online on 12/27/22 I payed an extra $22 for 2 day shipping. When tracking the order its saids label created, when calling *** who's supposed to deliver, they are never received my package from sender, and i believe them. There is no real customer service, No one answers the phone is goes to voice mail. Other reviews on their site has the same complaint. I believe this online store is a fraud. There is no way for me to ask for a refund. I lost $71. This store has to be stopped
