      on March 3, 2025 JJ&S Environmental Services came to our home to perform a Duct cleaning service. We paid $3,672.46. After my wife review the invoice she notice that all the things JJ&S said they where going to do they did not. the whole contract was a ****. The 1st thing we notice after they left was that the main airduct in hallway *** main bathroom was never touched/cleaned. they claim they cleaned the Furnace, coils vents heavy cleaning demolished walls remove heavy debris. clean HVAC system they did none of that. claim workers where wearing safety gear respiratory mask nothing was use they didn't even have a regular mask on. my safety cameras captured all that. I have talked to *** he is the claim experience manager director of **. I spoke to him Friday March 21 he promised to sent photos of before and after and that he would look over the contract. now he is saying that they will only keep ***** dollars from the ******** that we paid in full. And if we want proof it will goup to ***** instead of *****. this a complete scam. even to show proof of there work they claim they did. I feel so stress over this. they have so many addresses and no office # it's all cell phone #s. and on one invoice it says ************************** We want a full refund. this is so wrong not only a breach of contract but violation of ****. Please help us.
