      Stay clear of this establishment. They are impossible to work with. I placed an order three days ago. I did not receive an acknowledgement. I called for two days. For two days they could not find the order, they sent me through to order support services because they could not find any order. Mind you, they had already charged my **** account. They said it would take ***** hours to determine the problem with my order, and that they could only do it through email. They also stated they needed ****************** Proof of person along with a copy of the charge card. I asked to have the order cancelled. I wrote a letter cancelling. Now this afternoon, the third day, they inform me the order cannot be cancelled and has been prepared for shipment. I told them I would not accept the order and be out of town. They said after three delivery tries they would return the speakers. These are large R700 speakers at about 80 lbs each. The supervisor said the shipment was sitting on the dock waiting for pickup, but he could not cancel. Totally unacceptable. Stay clear of ordering from this company, get your Polk material from Amazon or ***********, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POLK AUDIO DIRECTLY.

      Polk Maginifi2 $500 soundbar has faulty firmware and frequently crashes on input changes making it almost unusable. The screen constantly flickers on and off trying to perform the **** HDCP handshake. HDCP is a security protocol mandated by corporations to prevent piracy but in this case Polk has failed to implement it correctly. The company has done nothing to fix the firmware based on complaints from consumers. See amazon for details.
