    To whom it may concern, on April 4th l took my ***** CRV 2006 to get an alignment, it is a four-wheel alignment requirement after he finished he told me that he could not align the rear right side due to a slippage in the camber toe adjusting Bolt. We asked him if there was any way he could have known this before continuing the alignment because basically he charged me for an uncompleted service he told me there was no way after speaking with several businesses I was informed that a four-wheel alignment starts in the rear therefore he knew right when he started that he was not going to be able to finish this service completely yet he continued. My aunt contacted him on the phone on that day he told her that it would have to get repaired and then he would have to charge $90 again when he was told that the service should not have continued he offered to discount a realignment for $45. My aunt decided to take it to a different mechanic and after informing herself on everything that was needed and how this mechanic really did not seem to know what he was talking about we did not take my car back to get it realigned through them. On April 23rd when my aunt had time due to her busy schedule at work she confronted *********** and brought to his attention how he was misleading at that point he recanted and said he never said he was going to recharge that he would have aligned it for free after going back and forth there was a lot of different things he said that did not coincide with the original comments at this point I'm going to try to get my money back through my MasterCard because I feel he charged me for a service that was not completed.

             To whom it may concern. on April 4th ************************* brought the 2006 ***** CRV to us for wheel alignment, at the time we are making adjustments on rear we notice that the left rear wheel toe adjustment cam-bolt 

    not making any changes on toe, we brought ****** to the rear of the car and show him and explain to him that the cam-bolt needed to be replaced and parts is a dealer item and special order. ****** requested to performed 

    alignment and bring it back to replace cam-bolt. His aunt called us and we explain to her and if they can order parts we can install or we can order parts, this was going back and forth couple times and finally she gave as and approve to order parts. next day she called back not to order parts.
