    This company is horrible. I've had my car for 10 years and my remote start installed for about 9 of those. Originally when I added a service plan they tied my account to a car in brooklyn (I live on eastern *** so basically I was starting someone else car. Finally fixed that. Worked sporadically for a few years and then stopped working altogether. They charged my credit card for TWO YEARS without sending me any notification that my unit had been discontinued and no longer was serviced and this is why my car no longer starts from the app. I only found out because I called them before they charged me again. customer service rep was SO rude and informed me 'well, you have an old unit' and I said 'yes, I have an old car' and he said 'it's not about the car'....um.....yes, yes it is. This cost almost $500 to install 9 years ago and I pay a yearly fee. I expect to be serviced still.Just terrible all around.
