    This company called me a few months ago about a PayPal bill that they said they were trying to reach me for for the past few years at an old address and that I had a balance and they were going to take me to court. To avoid going to court, I set up an arrangement. I have yet to receive any paperwork from them. I have sent several request asking for proof and now I believe it is a scam.

    I had a credit card through ******** which went to collection. I received a call from this company, making a settlement payment for unpaid credit card. I paid them $500 they still have not given the money to the correct people and they are currently trying to service a judgement against me. case # **-010219567

    On March 6th 2023, received letter from Bronson and Bradford. The letter was asking for $1,912.92 but they would take in full $1,200.00. Spoke to ****** in July when my wife received phone call. My wife then asked why they waited so long in contacting us regarding this account. Wife was informed that due to covid they stopped all collections and are now wanting all money in full. Then my wife asked ******, it was from 2017 an you want full amount and her explanation was because we can? On July 3rd wife received a call from the same creditor listed above and was informed they was looking to collect $1,626.00, wife explained to the gentlemen that she could pay monthly payments he then explained they could take ****** and the rest in payment's. Then wife received call saying they was taking us to court and suing and it would cost us over $6,000 in legal fees. I was then giving information and number to call ************** an doc number for court ********. My wife then called ****** Court in regard's to this. Then on June 20th my wife spoke to someone from Capital Solutions law **** saying they was from the law office of Bronson and Bradford his name was ****** an he was very rude I asked why someone can hold on to an account for that long of a time and then call an request full payment? ****** said because we can, we are the creditors. My wife then explained she was getting a hold of BBB, and he was real aggressive an said he was going to flag my husband's account saying he owed $831.66 an they can accept check for $410.62 an $205.31 an $205.31. Capital Solutions number was *********************. ******* an ****** number was ************** acct number for *************** was ****************. ********************** Director of Mediation ********************* number *********************. Then received a call from Alpine Solutions also part of law group name was *************************** they will take $350 an the rest in payments, number was ************ to stop legal proceeding. They still call.
