    The damage that was caused to my property during the delivery of a refrigerator by A1 Delivery on 1/19/2023 and 2/6/2023:1. Scratches and dents on the walls: The delivery personnel carelessly maneuvered the refrigerator through narrow hallways, resulting in multiple scratches and dents on the walls. These damages will require professional repair work to restore the original condition.2. Flooring damage: During the delivery process, the delivery team dragged the refrigerator across the floor without any protective measures, causing deep scratches and scuff marks on the hardwood flooring.I didn't sign the work order when delivery guy left my home because of damage they caused. I assume the delivery driver faked my signature on the paper, so A1 Delivery is refuse to pay for the damage they caused.

    We ordered all our appliances for TWO condos we are rennovating through GE. Our refigerators were supposed to be delivered and I paid my handyman to be there to receive the delivery- waited all day- no show, no call, no apology. 2nd attempt- arrived later than promised- but did arrive. THEN...2nd batch of appliances- the driver had notes for the gate code, and that I was not going to be on site- just to "drop off"- no install. ****** wrote a note and left. ********** informed me just that morning that the driver had all the notes. 2nd attempt I was told **** time frame...told them the same info...driver called and said he was going to arrive early- which I was not able to do- so had to reschedule. Called the office- ********** was told AGAIN that it was just a drop off- she said they had me scheduled for installation. Scheduled again a 3rd time and I told them I needed afternoon- they scheduled ****. I told them my crew is not there in the morning. I get a phone call @8:15 from the driver saying he is on the way...i told him I could not get there in time- that I was scheduled for the afternoon- he said sorry. Called the office and spoke to ***** who told me that they could not accomodate me- and HUNG UP on me. I called back and ********** then told me that they could not accomodate me and was going to cancel the order, that I would have to figure out how to get my appliances!!!! When I spoke to ************************** said that "the customer was not accomodating and not following protocol"....GE IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS- CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Please...everyone register your complaints...BBB is going to be my next review!!

    Good Afternoon,-Purchase Date: 10Apr2022 -Delivery Date: 02May2022 -Purchase total $2,043.86 (includes taxes, additional equip protection plan, ******************************** old appliance etc...)-A1 Delivery Co. was contracted by https://www.geappliances.com/ to deliver and haul one refrigerator from my residence.-During delivery date, A1 Delivery failed to fully install new appliance(refrigerator) in accordance with purchase contract and also damaged my home wood floors during delivery and removal of refrigerators. The delivery team comprised of three men; two Hispanic speaking and one Caucasian. I overheard the two hispanic men speaking to each other in Spanish, mentioning the floors were becoming damage during both install & removal. I fluently speak spanish and I immediately informed the delivery team of the damage. Initially they did not accept blame, but before leaving fully acknowledged their mistake. Caveat: Unfortunately, no one seemed remorseful. The following day 03May2022, I contacted GEAppliances customer service to initiate my complaint/concerns. The associated did apologize and assisted in filing complaint with their third-party ********************* "Sedgwick" & also issued a small refund for the failure in the delivery team to fully installing my new appliance. On 04MAY2022 I received an email from ***************************, Claims Associate- Liability, Sedgwick Claims Mangt. ***** **** Sedgwick manages claims on behalf of OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE *** for this claim. Direct ************ / www.sedgwickcms.com. *************************** was helpful at first, then communications became sporadic, delayed & ultimately non-existent; ref email traffic. - I reached out to A1 Delivery manager per **************** email. I spoke to ****************************, Claims Manager, which claimed no damage claim existed. No further contact from all parties have been established.-GE Claim # 4A22052MWM7-0001 NOTE: I'm a servicemember; Army & frequently trvl for work which has further delayed my complaint.
