    I had purchased one of their soaps from a supermarket near me, and was very happy with it, so I went to their website and decided to order more things. Their web **** told me that if I ordered $50 or more of their products, I would qualify for free shipping. So I added new items until it got above $50. I chose normal shipping. However, when I clicked on purchase, it charged me $27 for shipping charges. I immediately attempted to cancel the order, and thought that was the end of it. I was going to attempt to re-order, as soon as that transaction was completed. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from Dr. ******* thanking me for my order. I wrote back and said that I wished to cancel that order and re-do it (even adding more products to put me way above $50). They told me that they were unable to do this, because according to them, I had selected "2-day shipping", which I had NEVER done. So I will be charged over $75 for my $50 purchase. Their web **** is flawed, it adds charges and options the customer never requests, and I will never purchase anything directly from them again.
