      I ordered a part through their **** store. I had another order for parts through Repairtoolparts.com. I realized they are the same company. The website emailed me, after charging me, to let me know that the parts were on backorder. They also were unable to provide a date when the parts would be available. I ordered through **** thinking it was through a different supplier. Turns out it's the same company, and they are selling parts on **** that they don't have. Never responded to messages through ****. Ended up having to get a refund through PayPal.

      I requested an *** for a Jet table saw switch within 2 days of the item being delivering on 4-Jan-24 because it turned out that i did not need it. This is well within the 7 day required deadline posted on their website. I explained that I had not even opened the box such that the part was untouched and in pristine condition.I did not receive any confirmation either by phone or by email, so 3 days hence I called to learn the status. ******* with whom I spoke had none but said "someone would call me". Nobody did. Two days later I called again in search of answers and received exactly the same response: "someone would call me". Nobody did.Yesterday I called their ************ number 9 separate times during various parts of the day, morning and afternoon, only to get an automated response that "all agents are busy, please call again later or leave a voicemail in the general mailbox", which leads me to believe that they have blocked my number.I received (finally) by email yesterday (11-Jan-24) the *** denial email i have attached to this complaint. It states that the rejection was due to my "violation of the Refund and Return Policy. " but it does not state which part of the policy I violated.All I want is to return the part for a refund.

      I ordered a part for my Jigsaw and these thief's took my money and shipped the part to a totally different address. I have called and emailed them with no luck or response. This tool parts pro needs to be investigated by the *** and have them shut down for being scammers. I suggest anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them to avoid them at any cost cause you will be ripped off.

      Order # ******-0 Details Delta A26314S STARTER 3HP 1PH 3/23/23. Including shipping the cost ?? ******. Have left several messages on 3 different numbers , have not received a return call nor any notification of product shipment. Although the initial acknowledgment states it may take 7 days or more however that would be kept updated on status.

      This order was partially shipped on 3/1/2023.  An email with the tracking details for the partial shipment was sent to the customer on March 1st.  The tracking number is 9400116901412317271887, and it shows the package was delivered to the customer on March 4th.   The remaining items have been cancelled and refunded as per the customers request.  Refund details:  Refund Amount:$10.73,Refund Date:3/7/2023 9:14:43 AM,Transaction

      Placed an order with ToolpartsPro on 8/10/22 Invoice # ******-0. Part #*******, motor armature for Delta table saw. Received email that the part was not in stock and was ordered. I did some research and found that this part is no longer available. I've tried contacting TPP to find out if indeed they were able to find this part and that it has been shipped, or that they placed this order on back order. Problem is that no matter what time I call, or what day I call, the same message always comes online stating they're busy and to call back later. Tried emailing and a notice pops up stating that recipient's email is not properly hooked up. I've tried many, many times to contact TPP both using the 888 number and the 769 number, plus many times hoping I can connect using email. No such luck. What I'm trying to find out, is, has this part really been mailed or just another scam by this company to use my payment for something else. No doubt if you do manage to contact someone at TPP I'm sure they will say that the part is on it's way. Sadly their word means nothing. What I would like, is to have them send me the email that they received when the order was placed. No doubt the part is coming from *****, so I would like to see the email, the invoice number and the phone number of the distributor whom they purchased from. I don't speak ******* but I do have a friend who speaks Mandarin. I believe she can communicate well enough to find out that, no they did not mail out that part, no longer available, or yes it was sent. If they are not able to provide these items then I would like a full refund. Thank you.

      The armature is available still from Delta.  I have reached out to customer to see if he wants this to be shipped or not once we receive it.  We have confirmation from Delta that this was shipped out from their warehouse to us already.  Waiting for customer response as to weather he wants us to ship it or not.
