    On 7/17/2023, I purchased Kool Blankets for my sunroom and bedroom. On 1/2023, I contacted *********************** to let him know the insulation was coming down in the bedroom and hanging over a wall-mounted TV. I was told that someone would call and come out and fix the problem. It's been over 4 months now. The person who responded by E-mail is no longer available. The insulation continues to fall throughout the bedroom. This is a result of poor workmanship

    We attended a dinner presentation by Eco Experts. They had several different options for your home. After the dinner they come to your house. ( this was within a day or so later) we chose to buy a solar attic fan and their ************* system. They installed a few days later. We didn't notice any difference in our home as promised and called the company. They said to allow more time. We allowed more time and still no change. We were supposed to notice less dust on surfaces and better air quality. The premise is when you're running your air, fan or heat the unit sends probiotics into your home. We called and called and left messages wanting to return the probiotic machine. They don't return calls and when we finally were able to speak to someone she said they don't offer returns. They offered to come out and check system and if it isn't working properly they would replace it. (If they don't take back a used machine then what difference is there if they are going to replace the system, which means they are taking a used system back). They are never in our area to come check the system as they travel to do the dinners and get more customers. Once they called on a Sunday with a 15 minute window where they could divert their crew to our home. We got that message after we got back from vacation where we were when they called. We have left numerous messages to speak to the owner and to date he has never called us back. We paid over $3000 for the system and then you need to pay $200 annually to replace the probiotic fluid. We had high hopes for this system but it has made zero difference in our home. We both continue to be stuffy and as stated dust is still the same. What type of company won't refund, won't return calls and won't make it a priority to come and check a product. I recommend being extremely cautious when purchasing. I wish I had looked at Yelp before making this purchase. Buyer Beware !

    On Feb 24,2023 Eco Experts installed 2 Kool Spin fans. Upon installation, one fan was defective and noisy. In March they returned to replace one fan only to have both fans become noisy and unproductive. June 11th both fans were replaced and still not working. Several phone calls and a certified letter sent on July 7th have communicated my desire to have these fans removed from my property and my full purchase price of $3,590.00 refunded. The employees I have spoken with are ***********************, *********************** and *************************. None have responded to my request.

    We truly love our system, but the man who sold ** the unit promised it would be checked out periodically as part of the purchase and we'd be contacted on how to refill the Probiotic fluid....NEITH** has happened! The fluid is gone, dust is beyond crazy now (worse than before), my son's and husband's allergies are horrible since it ran out and I, once again, ended ** in the ** with pneumonia- I hadn't had it while the system was working! It was like "your system is paid for so now we'll ghost you!".

    We purchased a home *************** program from the company on 9/9/2022. The installation was completed on 9/15/2022. We were told that our A/C would come on less often and work less, the heater would also come on less and work less, and we would no longer experience cold and hot spots in our home. I monitored the operation of the A/C for the next 2 months, at which time I realized that we were not using any less electricity than we had the previous year for those same 2 months. I complained to the representative; he sent out the installer to verify that everything was installed correctly. They were unable to determine why I hadn't experienced the savings they promised. I then monitored the furnace usage and came to the same conclusion: there was no natural gas savings either. I then called, emailed and mailed my complaint to the company; I have received no response to any of those attempts.
