    I deeply regret choosing this loan servicer for several reasons. First and foremost, I did not fully understand the terms I was agreeing to, and the inflated cost to repair a vehicle through this arrangement is simply unreasonable.Despite my best efforts, making the bi-weekly payments of $158 has been a constant strugglenot just financially, but logistically. The payment portal frequently rejects transactions multiple times before finally accepting them, often without explanation. Logging in is consistently problematic, and customer service, while polite, has not provided clear or helpful guidance. There is also a troubling lack of transparency: no accessible documentation showing how many payments Ive made or what my current balance ***** date, Ive paid $1,076 on a loan of $2,200 with an 18-month term. I am requesting that the remaining balance be calculated based on the original loan amount, subtracting what Ive already paid, so I can settle this account and move on.If you have the option to work with a different loan servicer, I strongly urge you to do so. My experience has bordered on predatory lending, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    No stars. I contacted them via my portal to get my pay off amount prior to the 90 days ending (their FAQs even says that's one of the ways to obtain your pay off) and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I specifically asked in the message for them to email the pay off and got no answer. Then I call them and they tell me they (customer service) does not have the payoff amount, that it has to be EMAILED to me in ***** hours....AFTER the 90 days so that now they can double their fees!!!!! I messaged them again and notified them via email of me contacting them prior to the 90 days and still no response!

    Ive so far paid over $3,000 on what was supposed to be a $2,100 cash deal, and Im now being told I still owe payments through April 2026 with no clear balance, no payoff quote, no breakdown, and no way to cancel auto-pay without chasing down a DocuSign form no one sends.Their website shows nothing but a list of payments, no total due, no loan info, no lease terms, just bills. Ive contacted them multiple times for a simple account summary and never got a *********** this point, it feels like a trap, predatory, misleading, and shady from top to bottom. I should have listened to my first mind and just put it on my card. Not getting another ***** from me until I'm provided the documents I requested, which must make mathematical and legal sense. Which by the way I requested weeks ago.

    Remaining balance was paid on Jan 17, which multiple phone **** told me that the account would be closed after 10 business days due to ACH payment. It is now Feb 12, and there hasn't been any communication or digital communication of payment or closure of account. The account is still open. Website is still showing open and future bill dates. Supervisors hang up on me. Def a shady, predatorial company as many other people have reported. Seems that they want to keep accounts open to try to accrue as much interest as possible. We need State Government officials from all states affected to look into their day to day practices.
