  I wanted to like this meal prep service, but after repeated delivery failures, poor customer service, and unauthorized charges, I cant recommend them.First, I requested a one-time delivery change, which they claim to offer, but they ignored my request without explanation. The following week, despite confirming my order multiple times, my meals never arrived. I only found out after reaching out myself, at which point they told me my order had been removedwithout notifying me. I had planned my week around receiving these meals and was left scrambling last minute without food.Customer service was unhelpful and unable to provide clear answers. They suggested impractical alternatives like delivering to my workplace (which wasnt feasible) or delaying until the next day (which would mean spoiled food). At that point, I decided to cancel my subscription and requested that my payment information be removed. They assured me it would bebut days later, I received a new order confirmation and was charged without my consent.This company is disorganized, unreliable, and difficult to deal with. If you need a meal prep service you can count on, Id strongly recommend looking elsewhere

  This company is horrible with customer service and communication basically talking to bots ! I was charged $175.50 for meals I never received and had bank statements from my federal credit union showing that Meal Prep Sunday charged me and I when I brung it to MPS attention they told me to fill out a issue/complaint ticket which took 3 to 4 days to get a reply back and once they replied all they said was they had no record of transaction from them and was nothing they could do then had the nerve to charge me for the following week , beware of this company the food quality is good never had issues with them the first 2 months but these last 2 weeks have been h*** and then one the operators said it showed that I had 2 accounts under my name which is weird they are unorganized in the communication ****

  I had a horrible first time experience with Meal Prep Sunday and already cancelled my subscription after one delivery.First week I ordered, they sold out and so my delivery was delayed to the next week. The customer service representative apologized and stated in writing, "As a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused, we will offer you complimentary meals with your upcoming delivery."Fast forward to my delivery, they did not give the complimentary meals that were promised. Even worse, they send me a meal containing pork which I do not eat! I have a "NO RED MEAT" restriction listed in my profile. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, and they stated that they only consider beef as red meat, not pork, and therefore will not refund me for this meal that I will not be eating. They had a ton of turkey and chicken options on the menu, so I do not know why they chose to send me pork. I would not recommend this meal prep delivery service because they do not fulfill their promises or consider customer dietary restrictions. IMPORTANT NOTE that came out of my experience: You have to list pork as a specific dietary restriction, not just red meat. I will be trying a different meal prep service.

  Horrible company!! They ask you your dietary preferences on the site and then I followed up to make sure that they received them. They verified they had and I was all set for my modifications. When I got my meals all my breakfast meals had beef and pork. I cannot eat any of them!! I immediately notified MPS and they asked me to send photos like they were going to make it right to say oh I'm sorry there is nothing we can do for you. No refund and no replacement meals. Waste of my time and money. They also said my meals were scheduled between **** since they couldn't accommodate my delivery yesterday as the site said. My meals did not get delivered until almost 8pm. Will never order from here again!!!! Stay away!

  I cant say that Ive ever dealt with a staff so incapable of preforming such simple tasks in my life. I love the food, I love the service but to mess up first off by not bringing the right persons order to our house, AKA when we contacted the company to change our address what they did is they changed someone elses delivery address to our house and not our account but then the following week after confirming twice with the company that they have canceled my 15 meal order so I could order the 10 meal plan I woke up with two beautiful charges in my bank, one for 118 (10 meals) and one for 175 (15 meals). Now I know how simple it is to cancel because I did it on my own after this so why is it so hard to get right the first time? Safe to say the reps just dont listen or know how to preform the sheer basics of their job. I can say I wont be ordering again.
