    As buyers we were informed that two pieces of flashing would be installed on the roof and caulking around the sky lights and solar tube would be applied.
    Instead this company did excessive work without disclosure.
    This company admitted to us they were aware that the roof had been previously leaking, and that they were instructed by the sellers agents to ignore it and apply torch to the solar tube area.
    The materials separated and a gap was created which created multiple point of entries into the home creating damages over $****** respectively.
    There is excessive water damage beneath the home also, having soaked the insulation which caused not only wet ceiling, walls, floors/subfloors, also the moisture rose from beneath and bubbled the laminate flooring.
    The house cannot be repaired without a complete pack out with a minimal of 12 weeks for repairs. The cost noted in this complaint does not include the cost of displacement, removal of contents, or storage.
    This company at first agreed to resolve this issue. However their insurance denied the claim and the company refuses to speak with us regarding the matter.
    Our family is faced with serious health issues due to the nature of the water damage. Our daughter has been on a breathing machine for many months due to this issue and is under the care of a Pulmonolgist. The owner of the company is aware that she became ill.
    We expect that he keep his word and repair the damages he admitted to being responsible for. This company repaired the roof, promised to take care of the inside, admitted negligence, and now refuses to do so.

    We acknowledge the response from this company.  However, this complaint cannot be resolved until the damages caused by their faulty work to our property are resolved.

    It says a lot when the only way we could get a response from this company was to file a complaint against them through BBB.

    It is hardly reasonable to think this complaint is resolved because a person from this company made a phone call.  


    The initial complaint entails the dissatisfaction with not only non communication, but also the immense damage their faulty work has done to our home, and their failure in making necessary repairs to the property so our family may dwell safely.  

    The water damage to the property caused by this company has brought sickness into our home, with one family member now dependent on a Nebulizer three times a day to freely breathe.

    Once this property has been made whole and inspection has ensued, we will then agree to close this complaint.
