  *************. Find someone else. ***** seemed great when he came out. He tested my trees a year ago & I have never heard back from him. I've called, emailed his email & the companies email, called & emailed some more...He even just sent me an email this week asking if I needed more work done & I told him I never got those results that I paid for last year. Of course I never heard back again. Don't do business with this guy. I'm going to have my bank get my money back on this transaction.

  I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! We contracted with them to remove several palm trees, trim palm trees, trim the 11 oranges tree & remove trees. A contract worth to them $26,000 dollars. The owner who said he would be there was never there during the 2 weeks they were on the property. His crew cut down the neighbors tree clearly outside our property line, destroyed a new down spout due to their carelessness, scrapped the wall in several areas due to there equipment and broke several main water lines for the sprinkler system. Had the contractor on site not been there, water would of run forever. The contract also included all the stumps to be grind. After inspection I found they were only done half way or barely touched. We were told that the owner would reimburse the cost of the down spout and the repair to the contractor for the sprinkler lines and to us cost of the neighbors tree, all of which were never done. Instead we spent $1,700 dollars out of our pocket and have never seen a ***** from Monster Tree! We had to hire a local tree service company to regrind all the stumps Monster was suppose to do and trim the palm trees in the correct manner. Another $3,000. out of our pocket. We tried calling Monster Tree and have yet had them return our call.This is the worst company that we have dealt with during our home remodel and would not recommend them to anyone. They are careless, destructive of our property and do sub-par work, not to mention they renege on reimbursing on things they said they would do. Not the professional company as they make themselves out to be! Wish I didn't have to leave a single star for them.

  Monster Tree Service of North County is A+ rated for a reason!! I needed three 20 foot tall Queen ***** removed, trimming on the remaining 8 palms on my property, and trimming of a totally overgrown Giant Bird of Paradise. The estimator gave me a fair price and a lot of great information. The crew was on time, respectful of my property and that of my neighbors, and did the job safely and efficiently. They did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were finished. The next day the gentleman with the ***** grinder came out and pulverized the three stumps in about 5 minutes!! I am so impressed with Monster Tree Service and will certainly hire them again. They run their business with honesty and integrity, and provide superior service. I couldn't be happier!
