    I visited Friar Tux on Saturday October 7th to get fitted for and rent a tuxedo for my sister's wedding. When I went to pick up the suit, I was informed by the "manager-in-training," ***********************, that they had ordered the incorrect suspenders which I had paid $25 for (to keep). She assured me that they would have the correct suspenders by the wedding day (Saturday October 14th). Unfortunately, they gave me the incorrect suspenders again, and I did not find out until I got to the wedding venue.When I returned the tuxedo on Sunday October 15th, I simply asked for a $25 refund for the incorrect suspenders. I was told by ***** that I would not be given a refund since the wrong suspenders were opened (even though it was the store staff that opened them). ***** was extremely disrespectful, and even attempted to blame my group for ordering the wrong suspenders, even though they admitted to their mistake at my fitting appointment. She also said "well you already got a big discount." ***** should not be working here considering her lack of professionalism and abhorrent attitude.When I asked to speak with *****'s manager, I was told that was not possible without being given a reason or even a first name. She insisted that I reach out to "Corporate" for a refund.I am demanding a refund of $25 from this business.
