    I am writing to file a complaint against Purchase Green Artificial Grass *************** regarding the installation of artificial turf in my backyard on 7/14/2022. It has come to my attention that their ********* location, initially involved in this matter, is now permanently closed. Therefore, I am redirecting my complaint to the next closest Purchase Green location for resolution. The company has failed to rectify the damages caused by the reflection from south-facing windows, resulting in the need for additional expenses on my part.During the site survey prior to installation, the owner, *****, neglected to inform me about the potential problem arising from the south-facing windows of my house and my neighbor's house. Consequently, after the installation, I had no choice but to hire a local window treatment company at a cost of $955.58 to install solar screens on these windows, preventing further damage to the grass.***** assured me that once the solar screens were installed (completed on 9/19/2022) and the corporate office approved the credit for the material (approved on 11/14/2022), all the turf in my backyard would be replaced. However, despite his promises, the replacement work has not been carried out to date. ***** has continuously provided excuses such as waiting on material shipment, adverse weather conditions, other delayed projects, and unavailability in my area to perform the job. Additionally, he has now ceased responding to my inquiries altogether.At this point, I am seeking immediate resolution from Purchase Green Artificial Grass *********. My primary request is for ***** to provide a specific date for the replacement work to be completed as previously promised.I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter and ensuring that Purchase Green Artificial Grass takes swift action to address my concerns. I hope that through your intervention, we can reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.Sincerely,***********************
