Hello... The problem I have is the following... a light appeared on the dashboard of my car indicating that the engine was busy, I called a mobile mechanic, and the mechanic checked my car and told me what I had, he told me that the car had two sensors, we went to the Dealer to buy them and he installed them, but the mechanic told me that the car had to be programmed, that I should take it to a workshop to have it programmed. So I took it toMAXAT HYBRID REPAIRand they did a diagnostic on the car, charging me $130 Dlls, they told me that the car had a sensor in the transmission, and that the job would cost me $612 Dlls, I told them it was fine , but they DID NOT buy the sensor that they told me, because they well knew that the car only had to be programmed. I asked them for a copy of the purchase receipt for the transmission sensor, and they did NOT want to give it to me, they told me that it is against the law to give the customer the purchase receipt for the car parts. They only programmed the car, they did not buy parts, charging me $482.38. I want them to return the $150 for the sensor that they put on the car, and that they return $130.00 for the work that they said they did, that is $280.00 that they have to return to me. I paid them $612.00 Dlls, but they are charging me $280.00 more, for something they didn't do or buy, the truth is they are very dishonest in that place. They gave me the receipt with the number of the part that they put on the car, a receipt made by computer, I asked them for a photo of the original purchase receipt, and they did not want to give it to me, they told me that it is illegal to give a copy of parts purchase receipt to the customer, they well know that they only programmed the car, because the car already had the two new sensors that the mobile mechanic put on it. Thanks!

Thank you for brining to our attention. We reached out to the customer and discussed he issue. He can come back to our shop any time to resolve any concerns he might have.

Besides that, attached you will find the documentation for all the diagnostic and part purchase information that we have. After the repairs (which included the replacement of the part in question) the issue that the customer brought to our attention was fixed. I personally spoke with him after the fact and he was asking for our invoice from the dealer, that contains our information as dealers customers (attached, 1st page). All other information was shared with the customer. Let us know if there are any other questions.

    Thank you,
