Research with other CPA's shows ************* is excessive for straight forward ****. More detail is needed because it normally does not take this long or cost this much and no information was provided at beginning as to high cost. Part of dispute is that I feel taken advantage of as a new widow. My dispute includes fact that business felt put upon when asked for more detail, even though detail should be recorded and not hard to provide. Business asserted my phone calls drove price up which is not true. I provided needed information for their submission.Business try to resolve? He tried, after getting angry with me, but has not given me detail why my particular financial situation caused him to spend so much time in preparation of the **** and has not responded to my request for credit back due to excessive charges for this work. Two letters have advised this business of my complaint as follow up to a telephone conversation about the matter.Client # **** Desired settlement: Take responsibility, along with me for not asking, that you did not advise me of the high cost of service ahead of time, by crediting my charge card with partial reimbursement of $1,500, even though research shows I am still paying excessive amount for this service without specific documented details given for why.
