    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with bear basins handling of my recent order ***** and the unprofessional customer service I received. On May ********, I received an unsolicited phone call from a representative of their company. During this call, I was questioned about the discrepancy between my billing and shipping addresses. While I understand the need for security verification, the representative's approach was highly inappropriate and bordered on accusatory. Specifically, I was asked the purpose of these items purchased and, even more concerning, the meaning of "CSSM" in my email address. These questions were intrusive, irrelevant to verifying my purchase, and made me feel deeply uncomfortable. Adding to my frustration, the representative abruptly terminated the call without offering any solutions or a clear path to resolving the address verification issue. Furthermore, subsequent attempts to contact their company by phone have been ignored. It appears my calls are being deliberately avoided, as the representative recognized my number and has not returned my calls. Most importantly, the representative failed to provide any plan or procedure for me to verify my order and proceed with the transaction. This lack of support forced me to take matters into my own hands. I subsequently repurchased the items using a credit card with matching billing and shipping addresses, and I have still not received any communication or confirmation regarding this second order. I find this entire experience to be completely unacceptable. The intrusive questions, abrupt call termination, lack of follow-up, and failure to provide a solution reflect a serious deficiency in your customer service protocols and raise concerns about the security and professionalism of your company.
