      I upgraded my alarm system due to the company stating I need to upgrade to 5g. I received the new equipment very quickly within a week. They stated someone would call me to schedule to schedule set up new equipment. First time no call, no show. Second time no call, no show. This time we are very frustrated and want to cancel. They advise someone would definitely be here this time. The technician was suppose to be here from 3-5pm. He shows up after 6pm. He didnt call saying he running late or nothing. I left my home, I had things to do. We call and go off again. I wanted to just return and cancel them completely. They assured me someone was coming and apologized saying they only have 1 technician in my area. They would credit my bill. This time he shows up within his time frame. The equipment they sent me that had been sitting here for a month does not work. He calls the company and they had to send out a new system. He comes back two days later to hook up equipment. I knew I had to return the old equipment but I didnt have a return label. They did call while I was work and left message stating I need to return by a certain day. When I called requesting a return label the guy acted like he didnt know what I was talking about kept putting me on hold. I return the equipment after the date the stated it needed to be return by. I dont feel like they should charge me $525.32. They still receive their equipment. I could see them charging a late fee. But to take my money and you have your equipment back is just ridiculous. Plus as long as I waited to get this system. I cant wait till my contract is up. I will not be renewing. I do not recommend this company at all.

      We decided not to proceed with A3 Smart Home switch to 5G! We spoke with several A3 sales reps back then and informed them no that we're not interested. There has been no alarm signal to our home for the past year but we were still being charged for home security. I called to complain and was told they tried to send a signal every month but our alarm system didn't respond. A3 said I didn't cancel service and I responded how can they charge for a system that's not being monitored? How can A3 get get away charging consumers for a service they're not providing? I was told it's still my fault and they'll be sending me to collections for monitoring a system they're not monitoring. STAY AWAY FROM A3 SMART HOME!!!

      I have never dealt with a worse company in my life!! We had a home security system in place for ver 25 years. All be it severa times the co9mpany changed and we went with the new owner. This time we gt a notice saying our system was bought out by A3 Smart Home and we had to purchase new equipment because our old equipment was not compatible with A3's. So we agreed. The man who came out to install took 5 hours to do so!! He did not agree with where and what we asked for so again we went along with what he said had to be done. So far we have had 3 false alarms in one day while we were away . They were al in the basement where we told him we did not want a motion sensor to begin with. I spoke with several employees at A3 and told them to disarm the sensor in the basement until we got back from out of town. They said they put it on a test mode to stop it. That did not work. It went off any way. I spoke several times with several different departments to say I wanted it disarmed permanently. They said they would do that if I signed a "docusign" but they would extend the test mode unti lthey got it back. I signed it immediately and they verified that they got it. Then our smoke detector went off while we were in the house and there was nothing to cause it to go off. The panel would not take my code for 3 tries and finally on the 4th try it took it. In the meantime the firehouse was called. I hung up. Lo and behold it went off again 2 times! I went up stairs to the 2nd floor to find the alarm. I could not see it any where. Finally found ti 9 ft. up the wall at the top of steep stairs. They told me to take it down. We are 87 &89 yrs old and cannot to it. They said we could hit it with a bat, it was ours and we could do what we wanted! Son came from out of town to take it down at 10pm. now the disarmed motion went off again! I could go on. Need to cancel entire policy. Terrible service and lousy equipment.

      This is the worse company i ever seen. Door camera stopped working after 8 month I called to have it fixed they told me I have to pay $125.00 they will not honor warranty and customer service is very bad also management are very hopless they will not do anything. I would not get system from A3 Smart Homes. I am looking to switch been with A3 Smart Homes for a year and its been total nighmare working with A3 Smart Homes.

      Video doorbell camera has failed 3 times in 18 months and replaced. A3 refuses to send a tech to look at it and expects me to purchase an additional camera. I already own the camera and to no fault of mine, it keeps failing.
