      My mom (a disabled senior)as well bought 2 cases of the fruit cup snacks.eats them on regular bases.bought yesterday when I took her to Walmart.chocked on wood splitter in pineapple.then another piece she found as well as I have a picture.was very upset since she use to have a trake and has issues.please be aware since could have been a toddler as well.now being cautious with these products

We've made several attempts to reach ************** and we've left several messages, most recently we left a message with "****" on Friday 4/5. As part of our investigation into this issue we would like to gather some additional information about this issue, including the manufacturing info from the cup.

      I bought a couple Cans of peaches and there was mold on the peaches in the can and the best buy date hadn't expired. Photos show the issue. Some people pointed out the bad peaches as this fruit was dumped into a fruit salad and at the end of a can the photos showed what was found.

      We were able to speak with **************** on 2/20/2024. This certainly isn't he quality we expect our consumers to receive when they purchase our products and we've sent a goodwill gesture in the amount of $50 dollars to reimburse him for the loss of his fruit salad.

      I bought a 12 pack of fresh cut green beans at BJs on December 10th. I noticed an excessive amount of liquid in the can. The amount of green beans was not enough for 3 adults. I have measured the liquid in subsequent cans,each can has just under one cup of liquid. I am paying for a lot more liquid than I have in the past. I like del monte green beans but I dont like being cheated.

We certainly regret her experience since this is not the quality, we expect our consumers to receive when they purchase our products. ****************** was able to provide the production info from the cans that she purchased, and we sent her a goodwill gesture to refund this purchase and to try the product again.

      I have made every effort to contact delmonte in ******, but mail etc comes back, no such address, etc. I was buying peaches as they were like what I used to can myself. However, the last purchase I made at Thrifts the peaches were as ************* and tough. I was upset as I am 96 and on a low income, so the peaches are a luxury which I had enjoyed.

      Following up on this complaint, unfortunately this was sent to Del Monte Foods *** in error. We sell Del Monte branded products in ***************** and parts of Aisa and South *******. Del Monte branded products sold in ****** are produced and distributed by a separate company/companies that are in no way affiliated with Del Monte Foods, Inc. I did send an email to **************** referring her to Del Monte ******* contact us page on their website, *******************************************************. Unfortunately we dont have any additional info to provide to her.

      Hello,Over the last two to three years I have been buying Delmonte citrus salad (fruit in a can) and their grapefruit in a can, from stores like ****************** and through Amazon online. Overtime, the citrus salad remained consistent, however, in this last year, the grapefruit is no longer in "sections" like it used to be. Now, the can is full of grapefruit pieces which is not as advertised on the face of the can. On the can, one sees a picture of grapefruit sections, like it used to be, and like the citrus salad is advertised and remains true to date. I think the advertisement is no longer truthful about what's in their can of grapefruit. Yes, the prices continue to go up on both, but that is not the underlying reasons for this complaint. Although their pricing and availability has become untenable, I do not think there is truth in their advertisement on their can of grapefruit. Upon opening a can, it looks like leftover pieces of grapefruit floating in the juice, not grapefruit sections, as advertised, on their cans. Thank you.

      Can inscription SDP ****** P04:04 Roughly 25% of peaches contained substantial bark residue on the slices, rendering it uneditable. Ended up discarding majority of can, regrettably.
