    To whom this may concern,It involved very poor customer service over the phone at this particular location. This incident happened on March 3, 2023. I did reach out to their corporate office customer service department on the same day that handles consumer complaints. I did bring to their attention of what had happened in regarding this particular incident. I had requested that the district manager that oversees this particular store to call me regarding this incident. It's been over a week and, I still haven't heard back from this person. I bring this matter to your attention to hopefully get this problem resolved. Thank you, ***

    Finally! I heard back from Sprouts' Farmers Market. He's the District director and he's filling in for the district manager for the Walnut Creek store until she returns. Anyway, my understanding is that the manager of that store location has been terminated based on lack of character and things of this nature. I'm also getting a $50.00 gift card for the trouble that I had encountered at the time. Anyway, I thought that I'd bring this to your attention. He didn't mention that the ************************** or the Better Business Bureau contacting Sprouts directly but, he thought that it was possible because customer service marked my complaint as important.
