    DON'T BOTHER!!!! If I could leave no stars I would! The worst company, it's like having to babysit. First of all, you CAN NOT check the status of the order on the app, FALSE ADVERTISING! Because you don't get access to the app until you have had service for 24 hours. Most of the time when I try to track the status on the internet it states "Sorry can not find this info, try again later. Signed up for service on *****, tech came out on 04/04, but couldn't install because the fiber line had not dropped to my service address. He "escalated" the issue. I never heard from anyone, never saw that the line had been dropped in my yard, so I called on 04/10 to see what the status is. "Oh it will be dropped by 6 pm today" on 04/10, I got home, nothing. Called customer service, and they assured me that someone would be in contact with me before my second installation date scheduled on 04/17. I don't trust it, so today I tried to cancel my order. But apparently I have to call! And I bet because I don't have an account number they won't be able to cancel! I'll keep you updated.

    I'm so over this internet company. **************** is straight trash. Over the last two months, I've been without internet, more than I've had internet. Some random people came to bury my line, came home to no internet and they want me to wait until July 8th before someone comes to fix it. But offers no compensation for the c*** and games they continue to pull.

    Well- i have been bombarded with lots of letters telling me to schedule an appointment to have new fiber optics cable replaced in my area and home and to give me a new router.I scheduled the first appointment and was told that my monthly bill was going to be $39.99 instead of $57.99 that i was paying.The tech showed up but had problems and after waiting a day for him we had to reschedule.He also stated that we could be getting the $25.00 service.The 2nd tech came in and said that he could not replace the wire in the kitchen, where my original router was. So he added a wire via a bedroom window and decided to place the new router in that room.We have Vonage as a phone provider that works with internet. When the 2nd tech showed up he set up the new Frontier line but never hook up my phone line. He said that all was fine and that we just had to call Vonage to let them know that we had a new router.Well from the time that the tech left till just about a month later i could not make or receive any phone calls.During this time i had called Frontier to report the issue and was told that they would hold my late fee and credit me when it was finally fixed, and all this info would be noted.When I finally connected my phone and called Frontier. i was told that the tech did his part and that i would not get any credit for the time i did not have my phone service and that my monthly bill was going to be $49.00 and not $39.00 since the special was over. And that they did not have a $25.00 service.I cannot believe that you can go to someone house where everything is working fine, undo their other services and not be responsible for it or not tell the costumer. What would have happen it we had an emergency? Terrible company policy

    Was promised a month free to start service, waited two months to get it installed and missed several days of work to be here for them. They installed the service and now all of a sudden Im mot getting a month free. These people are thiefs. Promising s*** just to get there money.

    Fiber Optic was installed with 1GB in April which works GREAT!However since April Frontier has left the fiber optic cable just laying on top of my lawn I have been calling to try to get them to bury the cable about every two weeks since April, but they have not buried it as of Jul 27

    This is The worst internet company, they have a lot of promises that did not happen, worst signal, bad customer Service. An Agent came knocking at our door to sell this Service, he said try For 2 weeks if not satisfied you can disconnect, return the equipment and you dont have to pay anything BIG LIE! Sure enough we were not satisfied so we Called to disconnect.They charged us installation fee $80.00, lot of harassment calls that we didnt return our equipment but we did and now 6 months later apparently we did not pay re-stocking fee For the equipment, why is it our problem to re-stock Your equipment, our job is to return it and what you Do with it is not our problem! $55.00 re-stocking fee went to the collection agency.Worst internet nightmare of Your Life so Do not waste Your time with this company.

    Been having internet issue since Feb of 2023, called multiple times, multiple technicians have came out nothing has changed. Try to contract them get hung up on, told they can send someone a week a way. But pay my bills for no service.

    This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had with a service provider. I have provided my SSN and credit card information TWICE now. Each time their reps say that their "system has crashed" and tells me they will reach back out to schedule an order for service installation. TWICE it has not happened, and now for a THIRD time I have called back and no one seems to know where my information has gone. This looks like a giant scam and it is an utter shame that Frontier is the dealer of fiber internet in the area.I am now deeply concerned with the security of my data and identity.

    I disconnected my service on May/2022 cuz I was moving.I returned my modem in *** store and now 8 months later.Sent me to collection agency for unreturned equipment this insane this company never made a phone call saying that hey we dont receive your router.they just sell the supposed unreturned bill to collections this unfair I have awesome credit.this unprofessional company should be out of business. I tried to reach by phone it was impossible.

    Poor customer service specially on a billing section. For 4 months we are being billed wrong and you have to call them all the time for correction. Then we are billed on different person name paperless billing if we could have not check then we could have paid this Frontier $$ not even our bill. The billing department does not know what theyre doing and no communication with each other or notation at all. Very poor service Im not a happy customer but its a bulk service from HOA. Bad.
