    We hired **** on 12/9/24 for a rodent issue. They began their work and completed the proofing/cleaning on 12/13/24 as we were preparing to depart for a weekend trip. We discussed having the follow-up visits to check traps once we returned.When we returned on 12/17/24, we noticed one of our recessed lights was protruding out from the ceiling. We contacted **** and he came out on 12/20/24 to look at the light. He assured he would repair the light and apologized for the damage. **** did not contact my wife to schedule the visits or the repair after his visit. My wife reached out on 1/6/25 and provided some availability. While he acknowledged the message, he did not confirm a date. He did not reply until 1/15/25. At which time he indicated he was having some financial issues that were delaying his ability to schedule. He also asked for money towards the repair.On 1/17/25, I contacted **** regarding the follow-up visits and the light repair. I was immediately met with animosity. While not threatening, the manner in which he responded felt like he was trying to dissuade me from pursuing the repair. Despite his continued beratement, I attempted to schedule with him. While he initially agreed to a date, he then withdrew it and stopped responding. He has not replied in the week since. In reviewing prior ****** and Yelp reviews, he appears to have a history of being unresponsive and argumentative when contacted for the follow-ups or regarding the warranty. While we appreciate the great work his team did in cleaning the attic and laying new insulation, we're concerned that this is going to be an ongoing issue. The work is supposed to be guaranteed for 4 years but if we can't get the agreed upon services, then I worry about any future contacts we would make.***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    This customer does not have a valid contract with our company. He started saying a woman that was happy with the services upon completion of installing the insulation and scheduled follows up to solve the infestation. The person making the complaint doesnt not have valid authorization to represent this property and we ask this complaint be removed due to the fraudulent accusations against us. The contracted person has no problem with the work. Any text messages are not from our company and are fraudulently made to discredit our company. We ask the bbb understand that we always follow up with clients that have any issues and respect having a high quality service and customer relations with our clients. This person is not real. Please remove this again. This is not fair to us due to this person never spending money with our company and cannot prove that other then a screen shot of his new girl friends contract that he was never present before during or after until everything was completed. The person contracted we have contacted and fixed any issues. This is fraudulent again please remove. Thank you

    We would like to amend to a refund. However we're not seeking reimbursement for the attic cleanout and insulation installation. That part was done to our satisfaction minus the damage to the light. 

    Ideally we would like a refund regarding the Rodent Proofing portion of $1,025.00. We had another mouse caught in our garage while trying to get NorCal to come out. But given he refuses to come out and now is also actively threatening us, the work can no longer be corrected or guaranteed by NorCal. 

    Attached is the contract/estimate received by my wife. In my complaint I submitted the screenshot of her attempts to schedule the follow-up visits and light repairs. As I told him, I merely stepped in because I had a day off and my wife asked me to reach out to him about completing the work. While I was not the primary customer and point of contact, the work was done on our home and paid for with money from our joint account. I also had in-person contact with the business owner with and without my wife.

    Unfortunately we do have a no refund or cancellation policy the contract holder agreed to by accepting the terms before the job was completed we had multiple inspections to check process and completed work by a lady named ******. Upon being happy with the final work ****** paid us. The consumer making the complaint has no contract or has never made a payment to our company. ****** gave us the ok that she was happy the job was completed and also we fixed any issues upon following up. The complaint is a fraudulent attach against our business. We ask this be removed. BBB is fraudulently allowing people with no contract to make a complaint. Especially when the person doesnt represent ******. ****** @ BBB IS A FRAUD FOR POSTING THIS.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The business owner has since left another voicemail with my wife, not to apologize or even offer a solution. Instead, he stated he can do whatever he wants with his business and would be terminating the contract. He also stated he was aware if we want to pursue the matter in court that he would need to be properly served but he would "make sure your never able to do that." Despite him being the one who berated me and made threats, he cited safety concerns with me as part of his reasons to terminate. 

    In the end, I just want others to know of ****** poor practices and behavior once he's been paid. If in the end his proofing turns out ineffective, he will not return to inspect or fix it. Additionally, his four year guarantee is a falsehood as evidenced by his decision to terminate the contract for "safety" reasons when he was the one threatening us after being asked to fulfill the contract. If anyone else chooses to do business with him in the future, they should withhold payment until he has completed all the promised follow-up inspections repairs his crew may have caused in the process. However, they should beware that his behavior may change at that point and he will try to intimidate his way out of fulfilling his obligations. Put shortly, find someone else for your rodent issues.

    Ordered concrete on December 30, 2022. Wrote a check for said concrete. Check bounced. Hasn't made good on it. Won't return phone calls.
