I can't say enough about how much SafeinHome has helped individuals with disabilities live more independently. Their team goes above and beyond, offering consistent support with reminders and assistance for any challenges that may arise. Whether it's helping with daily tasks or offering a listening ear, the staff is always caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of those they serve. What really sets SafeinHome apart is their commitment to personalized care. Trainers take the time to ensure that everything you're learning is clear and correct, and they truly go the extra mile to make sure you feel confident in your abilities.Another incredible aspect is the bonds that are formed. It's not just about care; it's about building relationships. You get to know and connect with so many wonderful individuals through their programs, creating a supportive community that feels like family.Overall, SafeinHome is an amazing company that is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Theyre not just about helping people; theyre about helping people thrive. Great job, SafeinHomeyou truly make a difference!

The company has tons of potential in theory, however, execution is beyond poor. You are led to believe that you are there to help individuals with disabilities or the elderly...nope...you are there to make sure you help lock in the new contracts and keep the old ones paying!! You will never be able to trust anyone in the office, there are so many familial and other relationships between employees...that lead to playing favorites and lies. Your prior experience will not come into play as you get hired, you sit and click how they like and don't speak up. If you have any suggestions, they will listen, they will. However, it will put a target on your back because it lets them know you are intelligent. Advancement is not based on skill it is based on followers, and qualified TRAINERS will get demoted for a less-than-adequate one! I also informed them during my interview that I was newly diagnosed with ADD, as a 40+ woman, who lost her 23 yr old daughter to asthma in Jan 2023 and was hired Sept 2023. Working there made me sick literally!! I have all the proof and have never spoken out but they are wrong and there is so much more but this is enough.
